A hands-on experience that turns your guests from spectators into Italian cooks. Length and dishes are tailored to each group: start at the local market or go straight to the restaurant.

- 02Welcome to the villaA sparkling aperitivo with the kitchen team, then on with the aprons and chef’s hats.
- 03Hands-on classFresh egg pasta, ravioli and tagliatelle, Tuscan bread soups, cantucci. Recipes vary by group: for example gnudi or peposo.
- 04Wine and the grand feastA tasting of our family wines with rustic appetizers, then lunch featuring the dishes guests made themselves, and cantucci with Vin Santo.
