Notice under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Last updated: November 2026.
The data controller is Saraceni Srl (VAT no. 03698790486), registered at Via Imprunetana per Pozzolatico 134, 50023 Impruneta (FI), Italy, the same address as Ristorante I Tre Pini, which it runs. For any privacy request: i3pini@gmail.com · phone +39 055 208065.
The website has no login area, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and stores nothing on your device. Fonts and images are hosted on our own site, so browsing it does not connect you to Google Fonts or any other outside service.
As with any website, our hosting provider automatically logs some technical data about visits (such as IP address, date and time, and the page requested), solely to run the site and protect it from abuse.
The “Reserve” form sends nothing to our website: it composes a WhatsApp message on your phone, and you decide whether to send it. If you send it, or call or write to us, we use your name, phone number, date, time, party size and any requests only to handle your reservation and your visit (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
If you tell us about food allergies or intolerances, that is health data: we use it only to prepare safe dishes for you, based on your consent, which you give by sharing it with us (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
WhatsApp messages go through Meta’s service, which handles them under its own privacy policy. We keep reservation data only as long as needed to manage it and to meet legal obligations; we do not share it with third parties or use it for advertising.
This site links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. When you open them, you are on those services, which handle data under their own policies and may use cookies.
This website uses no cookies, technical or tracking, and no other technology that stores information on your device. That is why we do not ask for your consent.
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format (Articles 15–22 GDPR) by writing to i3pini@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
